When faced with any disability or challenge, one of the primary motivating factors is hope.
Hope reflects the fundamental belief that there is a possibility to bring about significant change, which in turn leads to a more optimistic future.
True hope can only be achieved if there is solid evidence that real change will actually take place.

This is where Professor Reuven Feuerstein’s Theory of Structural Cognitive Modifiability comes into play.
The International Center for the Enhancement of Learning Potential (ICELP) was established with the goal of continuing and expanding the educational and psychological work initiated by Prof. Feuerstein.

The work of the ICELP is based on the theories of Structural Cognitive Modifiability and Mediated Learning Experience, which serve as a basis for three applied systems: the Learning Potential Assessment Device (LPAD), Instrumental Enrichment (IE) cognitive intervention program, and Shaping Modifying Environment.

ICELP specializes in providing a wide range of Services, Trainings, Research and Development.
